Available Positions
As a home health aide working on our team, you will be providing essential home health services and personal care services for people who are elderly, disabled, or chronically ill. You will be working in patients’ homes, assisting with tasks such as personal care, errands, meal preparation, and more. See our Direct Care page for more services we offer that you would do. The goal of fulfilling this role is to help patients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life while living in their own homes.
As a Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) at HomeaideLLC, you will be working under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to provide basic patient care in hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities. You will be assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as daily patient care and feeding, take vital signs, and help with mobility. CNAs also maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and report any changes in a patient’s condition to the nursing staff. Additionally, you may assist with medical procedures such as taking blood pressure or administering medications, as directed by the nursing staff.
A registered nurse working for a Homeaide provides various medical services to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role can include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, wound care, providing primary medical care, injury care, educating family on illnesses and more. Your role also includes working with other healthcare and medical professionals to create comprehensive care plans for patients. Overall, the goal of a registered nurse at Homeaide is to provide high-quality, compassionate care to help patients maintain their independence and achieve optimal health outcomes.
The physical and occupational roles include working alongside HomeaideLLC to help care for our clients and help them improve physical abilities—for example, mobility, balance, strength, motor skills, and more. We will utilize your services to create personalized programs for each client individually to help them recover from surgeries, conditions, injuries, or other ailments that impacted their physical abilities.
As a social worker affiliated with Homeaide, you role includes providing emotional and social support to clients and their families. You will be working closely with clients and their families to identify their specific needs and provide them with appropriate resources and services. You will be fulfilling a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the care and support they need to maintain their independence and improve their overall quality of life.
